We have sometimes been lucky enough to gain some press coverage for the Excellence Model and our activities, although we do not make it a major focus of our activity. About D&D generally
We were featured in the April/May2002 issue of UK Excellence Magazine - the official journal of the British Quality Foundation. It's a 411Kb file so may be a couple of minutes download if you're not using a fast modem connection, but we have a PDF copy of the UK Excellence article.
Individual success
In 2003 Derek was one of the first two recipients ever of the Personal Recognition Leadership Award from the European Foundation for Quality Management - the only one from the UK. We have a PDF copy of the article from the EFQM News July 2003

Benchmark Index
We helped the UK's Small Business Service to refine the Excellence component of their Benchmark Index survey. In March 2003 the Kent on Sunday newspaper included this article about our Benchmark Index work.
Investors in Excellence
Having been licensed by British Quality Foundation as advisers and assessors for Investors in Excellence, we were given more coverage in this article about IiE by Kent on Sunday.
L&Q Housing Association
Our work in late 2004 helping this major Housing Association with their self-assessment was mentioned in an article in the Summer 2005 edition of the Public Sector Benchmarking Service quarterly journal
