Customer's main objective
- This is a Division of the client who runs an internal quality award scheme based on the EFQM Excellence Model. We have helped with coaching potential applicants on the requirements of the assessment process and also undertaken some application assessment. Key objectives have been :
- To enthuse business units about the Award process and the Excellence Model generally, and
- encourage good quality submissions to the Award

- Offer training workshops about the Excellence Model and the company's Award scheme
- Support for Award applicants during development of their submissions
- Help with assessment of submissions and preparation of feedback reports
